Breakfast is served outdoors 8:30-10:00am.

Pet Policy
Sorry, we do not allow pets at Authors Guesthouse.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in our rooms, but we do provide ashtrays for outdoor smoking.

Cancellation Policy

14 days notification of cancellation prior to arrival must be given
to receive a deposit refund less a $30 fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days forfeit the entire deposit.

Holidays and Special Events cancellations require a 30 day notification.

Guests Policy
We are not a Spring Break Facility.

Children Policy
We welcome children of all ages, and kids age 16 & under stay free!
